I have worked with people with disabilities and orthopedic challenges for more than 10 years. In private homes, in Germany and at the Mozgásjavító and the International Pető Institute in Hungary. At these places, I learned an approach where we found practical solutions for the pains and movement restrictions of the human body. During my work, I realized that physical complaints can be alleviated most effectively through direct touch, specifically through massage. I completed my therapeutic and Swedish massage exam in 2020. And in 2024, I completed training in FDM, the Fascial Distortion Model technique. This is the most well-known pain relief technique. It has been a long-standing desire of mine to work in a team where we can professionally develop each other. To bring the joy and knowledge of massage closer to as many people as possible. Thus, the Healerhands team was born. And this is where the idea for the workshop option came from, where laypeople can try out massage techniques on each other.
